Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the Observation Labs website, platform, and related services. By using the services, you agree to these terms and any additional written agreement that applies to your organization.

• You must provide accurate account information
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting access credentials
• You must have authority to upload, share, or process content through the service

Organizations and workspace administrators may invite users, assign roles, configure permissions, and manage workspace content. Users must follow the policies and instructions of the organization that provides their access. Observation Labs is not responsible for permission decisions made by an authorized organization administrator.

You may not use the services to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with systems, gain unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, harass people, or process information without appropriate authority.

• Do not probe or bypass security and access controls
• Do not use automated activity that materially degrades the service
• Do not present generated or stored content as authoritative where professional review is required
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Observation Labs the limited rights required to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content solely to operate and improve the requested services. You are responsible for the content and for obtaining necessary permissions.

The website, platform, product design, software, documentation, and branding are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted in writing, no ownership or license is transferred.

We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product evolves. Material changes that affect an active contractual service will be handled according to the applicable agreement.

Access may be restricted or suspended when necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, address non-payment under an applicable agreement, or prevent harm. Users and organizations may stop using the service subject to their agreement and applicable retention requirements.

The services are provided subject to applicable written agreements and law. AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed by an appropriate person before important decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Observation Labs is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the services.
